Bayard Hollingsworth Earns Series 79 Investment Banking License
Phoenix is proud to announce that Bayard Hollingsworth, Managing Director with Phoenix Management Services and Phoenix Capital Resources, has earned his Series 79 and has become a Licensed Investment Banking Representative with FINRA. Bayard is a financial leader with more than 20 years of experience managing and advising clients on complex transactions and situations. His breadth of expertise within investment banking spans mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancing, balance sheet restructuring, expansion/growth financing and divestitures.
Bayard deploys a hands-on approach, creatively delivering successful results to companies across a broad spectrum of sizes and sectors. His professional background has been focused on advising closely held, private, sponsored and family-owned entities ranging from $50 million to $2 billion in revenue. Bayard’s expertise and knowledge spans a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, agribusiness, transportation, food and beverage, business services and consumer products.
Throughout his professional career, Bayard has successfully executed a wide variety of transactions involving: M&A (Sell & Buy Side), recapitalizations/refinancings and has served in numerous capital raise assignments. Bayard earned his B.A. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1987 and his Masters of Business Administration from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
