Jacoby and Zwirzina Co-Author Article on Phoenix’s Q4/20 Lending Survey Results
Michael E. Jacoby, Senior Managing Director and Jessica Zwirzina, Marketing and Communications Manager at Phoenix Management Services have co-authored an article for The Secured Lender in December 2020. The article reviews comments from more than 5,000 lenders nationwide from a macro-economic perspective. The lenders surveyed revealed slow growth and a choppy recovery after COVID-19.
The Phoenix Management “Lending Climate in America” Survey is conducted quarterly. The results for the Q4/20 survey were received between 11/10/2020 and 11/24/2020. To read the full article, click here.
