Business Continuity Plan – Phoenix IB®, in compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations, maintains a comprehensive business continuity plan designed to ensure client service in the event of a localized or general business disruption. A detailed overview of our systems and procedures is available to all clients upon request.

Phoenix IB® (“Phoenix”) has developed a Business Continuity Plan regarding how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, we will have to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. With that in mind, we are providing you with this information on our business continuity plan.

Contacting Us ‐ If after a significant business disruption you cannot contact us as you usually do at mkarbiner@phoenix-ib.com or (484) 841‐6809, you should call our alternative number at (610) 358‐4700 or go to our web site at www.phoenix-ib.com where you may be able to find further information.

Our Business Continuity Plan ‐ We plan to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, protecting our books and records, and allowing our clients and investors to transact business. In short, our business continuity plan is designed to permit our firm to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption.

Our business continuity plan addresses: data back‐up and recovery; all mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with customers, employees, and regulators; alternate physical location of employees; the impact on critical suppliers, contractors, banks and other counter‐parties; regulatory reporting; and assuring our clients and investors always have prompt access to us. Phoenix never has any of our clients’ or investors’ funds or securities. We back up important records to a secure off‐site location. While every emergency situation poses unique problems based on external factors, such as time of day and the severity of the disruption, we possess the capabilities to restore our operations and be able to restore all existing data in under 1 business day. Your communications with us may be disrupted until such time as our data is restored.

In the event of a significant business disruption (“SBD”), we will immediately identify what means will permit us to communicate with our customers. Although the effects of an SBD will determine the means of alternative communication, the communications options we will employ will include telephone and voice mail, U.S. mail and secure e‐mail. In addition, we will retrieve our key activity records as described in the “Data Back‐Up and Recovery (Hard Copy and Electronic)” section of our Business Continuity Plan.
